The e-book does not open (unable to read the e-book).

I do not know how to log in.

Click the Login button on the upper left hand corner. It will take you to the Login page. Please enter the e-mail address and password set when registering and click the Login button below it. (Click here to jump to the Login page)

I have forgotten my password.

Click the Login button on the upper left hand corner. It will take you to the Login page. Click the "here" button on "Forgot your password? Click here" which will be shown on the screen and input information as directed. A new password will be sent to your e-mail account. (Click here to jump to the "reissue a new password" page)

What are the payment options?

Credit card accounts only. For more information on serviceable card types, please check the credit card companies listed within the "How to Purchase Books" section.

I do not know how to use "My Page".

After completing the membership registry, the customer’s personal My Page will appear. Customers will be able to view all purchased e-books and published books which will be posted on the My Page. Customers are also able to send mini-mails to the authors of purchased e-books. Customers will also be able to receive mails from other customers, who have purchased books they have published. It is also possible to view the number of published books that have been sold.
*A mini-mail is a method of communication within the site. Other members will not be able to see the contents.
*Some authors may not accept mini-mails.

How can I purchase products?

Clicking either the title or the cover of the book you wish to purchase will take you to the checkout screen. Please select the type of book for purchase. Click on the "Add to Cart" button. All books added to the cart will be listed. By clicking "Save for Later", the book will be saved beneath the books in the cart. By clicking "delete", the book will be deleted from the cart. Leave all books in the cart that you wish to purchase and click the “Purchase” button and follow the instructions on the screen. When the order you have placed is confirmed, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the registered e-mail address.

I would like to confirm that my order has been placed.

When an order has been confirmed, an e-mail containing details will be sent out to the e-mail address registered. Please confirm your order there.

How long does it take for print on-demand books to arrive after placing an order?

Print on-demand books are printed after an order has been placed, and will therefore take approximately two weeks to arrive.

I would like to check the contents of books I am interested in.

By clicking the Browse Content button, you will be able to read a few pages in the book.

How do I read e-books?

From My Page, please check your Bookshelf and click on the book you would like to read. You will be able to read e-books. For more information, please refer to "Viewing E-books". Adobe Flash Player must be downloaded in order to view e-books. Please install the latest version (free of charge) from here

Are electronic books printable?

E-books cannot be printed out. This service only can be used for viewing purposes.

I cannot use the search engine while the e-book is in full-screen mode.

Due to the specifications of FLASH, the search engines does not operate while in full-screen mode. When using the search engine, please use the normal mode. However, it is possible to use the search engine while on full-screen mode with computers which can switch to full-screen mode by pressing the function key "F11".

I do not receive any e-mails from BookWay GLOBAL.

For various reasons, e-mails may not be received.
In cases of computers some reasons may be:
-The wrong e-mail address was entered in the registry.
-The spam mail settings may be blocking the mail from coming in by mistake.
-The mail sent from BookWay is being sent into the spam folder.
-There is a delay with the reception of mail.
